Optional analytics

Google Analytics is used only after you accept analytics. It measures public page categories, deliberate workspace access requests and completed registrations, not form contents or private workspace activity. Google may process this data outside Australia. Reject analytics without losing access to features, or withdraw at any time using Analytics settings. Your preference is saved for up to six months; local duplicate-event receipts last up to 30 days. Withdrawing stops future collection and removes application-controlled Google Analytics cookies, but does not erase data already sent to Google.

Your workspace data

Company details, contacts, project scopes, notes, documents and quotations are stored to provide the tender workspace. Your signed-in workspace is private to your account.

Invitations

Creating an invitation produces a private bearer link. Anyone you share the link with can view that project’s brief, documents and selected trade package, and submit a quotation. They cannot see other contacts, internal notes or competing quotes.

Sign-in and hosting

Sign-in is provided through Clerk. The service uses hosted database and file storage. Do not upload classified documents, passwords or information you are not authorised to share.
